Jeddah Central Development Company (JCD) is the main developer of the Jeddah Central Development Project, which will serve as the catalyst for transforming the city of Jeddah into one of the largest and most important tourist, cultural and entertainment destinations in the world. Wholly owned by the Public Investment Fund (PIF), JCD was established to oversee the development and operations of one of Saudi Arabia’s biggest megaprojects.
